Regular training follow-ups
Regular training follow-ups
1-2 times a week.
Includes a comprehensive assessment of your physical abilities and a regular update according to your progress:

10 sessions of 60 min, once a week over a maximum period of 12 weeks for the amount of 90$/h

10 sessions of 60 min, 2 times a week over a maximum period of 8 weeks at the amount of $85/h

Autonomous training
Promotes an independent practice of physical activity on a daily basis.
Includes a comprehensive assessment of your physical capacities, a personalized training program and an adjustment session which aims to promote an active, independent lifestyle:

3 sessions of 75 min at the amount of $120 per session.The 3 sessions must be planned within 6 weeks.

A la carte: 75-minute update sessions, including a new program, are offered at $120 per session for clients who have chosen the autonomy plan.

Mentoring
Individualized mentoring adapted to your level. Together, we will look at the file you wish to examine (health condition, level of physical literacy, etc.) and adapt the accompaniment accordingly. The questions can be specific or more general. The duration and frequency are determined according to the complexity of the need.
Fees are 90$/h.
